Company Name Changed to "Daicel-Degussa Ltd."
On June 1, Daicel-Huels Ltd., which has received your patronage over a long period since it was established in 1970, underwent a name change; the name of the company is now "Daicel-Degussa Ltd."
Through successive mergers, the parent company in Germany, "Huels AG," changed its name to "Degussa-Huels AG," but finally in February again it changed the name to "Degussa AG" and in keeping with this name change we have changed the name of our company to "Daicel-Degussa Ltd."
Osaka Branch Moves to the New Place
On July 1, the Osaka Branch office will move from Minami-Honmachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka to the 12th floor of the Kintetsu Shin-Namba Building in Minato-machi Naniwa-ku. Next door to OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal), the new location is convenient to the subway and all private railways at Namba Station. The new office of the agency, just as the home office in Tokyo, being on the same floor as the new Japanese corporation "Degussa Japan Ltd." and other group companies, is in a position to strengthen information exchange.
