PPSU Films（EUROPLEX）

Films ® Foams business unit has been dealing with ROHACELL®, PLEXIGLAS® film and EUROPLEX® PPSU sheet. ROHACELL®,polymethacrylimide(PMI)foam is used as a core material in the sandwich structure composite which is made by skin fabric & core. ROHACEL® is used at the high-end and most advanced applications which need high mechanical strength with light weight such as Pressure bulkhead reinforcement and winglet components of the aircraft,lnterstage and fairing parts of rockets, Rotor blade of helicopters, Wind turbine, Body panel and monocoque parts of prestigious cars and racing cars PLEXIGLASS® film, PMMA film has the character of high light transmittance, high UV stability and good surface hardness and 3D thermoforming is available. The example of its application are ln-mold transfer foil for automobile interior, car meter cover, home appliance panel, mobile phone and base film for optoelectronics parts. EUROPLEX® PPSU sheet has the good performance of safety and heat resistance which meets the major aircraft regulation. EUROPLEX® PPSU has been used at not only aircraft interior parts but also railway interiors.
